Prior to the conference a two day Workshop cum Tutorials on the latest trends in the EMI/EMC will be conducted by the expert faculty from the Industry.

Conference Topics
Paper Submission
Author(s) are requested to submit the full paper not exceeding four pages of A4 size, including title, author’s affiliation, abstract, figures and references in IEEE format. The material should be the original work of the author(s) which is not published in any other journal or magazine.
All submissions must have an additional page containing the paper title, author’s affiliation, name of the corresponding author, complete mailing address, telephone number and email. Please identify one contact person.
On the same page the author(s) should clearly summarise the novelty of their contribution and indicate the desired technical areas (maximum of two) No hard copies will be accepted

Paper Submission
Students are encouraged to submit their papers. Students who are willing to be considered for the best student paper award contest - should request for the entry during the submission of final paper.
Only a student can apply for this award as the first author of the paper, although co-authors may include non-student researchers. The student author of the selected paper will be awarded during the closing ceremony of the conference.
An official certificate on confirming current student status would be required
Best Paper Award
Author(s) are eligible for best paper award. Those who are willing to be considered for the best paper contest should request for the entry during the submission of the final paper. The author(s) of the selected paper will be awarded during the closing ceremony of the conference
Workshop
The aim of the workshop is to give hands on practical and design oriented technical know-how to the participants based upon case studies. The workshop is designed to give a new dimension - so as to implement EMC techniques in any product, right from the planning and design phase.
Accepted Papers
The technical contents of all the papers will be reviewed by an expert committee. The papers accepted by the committee will be intimated to the authors by due date and the authors will be asked to submit the final paper in electronic format.
The final paper must not exceed 4 pages including figures, tables and references.
At least one author of cut each accepted paper should register for the conference.
Exhibition
The technical contents of all the papers will be reviewed by an expert committee. The papers accepted by the committee will be intimated to the authors by due date and the authors will be asked to submit the final paper in electronic format.
A technical exhibition will be organised during the conference. The exhibition of the EMI/EMC/ RF microwave components, EMI/EMC test instrumentation and facilities and analytical electromagnetic tools for EMC design will be one of the major event of INCEMIC 2025.
Souvenir
Souvenir containing program schedule, invited papers, abstracts, invited articles, advertisements will be published. This will serve as an excellent medium for advertising various products and core competency among high professionals who are key decision makers.
Workshop
Special invited sessions will be a platform where the participants will have an in depth exposure with the state of the art cutting edge technology designed and developed over the years in EMC technology
